I'm amazed with these techno robots, they look and move so realistic. They must've taken months even years to build. Just think of the time spent on having the movements of the robot down pat. Making giant robots costs a lot of money so for just the spider it probably costs millions of dollars. They started their business in 1999 and they've made over 10 different robots. But my question is where did la machine get the money to make these?
If you haven't seen La machine in it's works already I definitely recommend going downtown today or this evening, to watch these crazy yet amazing robots do their thing.
I really hope they come visit Canada again so I can watch fictionally giant creatures walk around downtown again. If I ever visit France I am for sure going to see another show of their's, which is going to be astonishing.
I thought it was clever that they brought the spider to Canada, because we all know that we have the mama spider in front of the NAC (national arts centre).
These robots not only put you in aw but they tell a story, every robot tells a story. The story between the dragon horse and the spider is that the spider stole the dragons wings and the dragons trying to get back at him.
